Greetings for the day!
First of all I would like to say thank you to TALK TO ME organization and all the team.
About myself…
I am Ayub , I am 20 years old, I belong to Bihar (Bettiah District), I have completed my 10th from the Lucknow Urdu Board, I have completed my 12th from the Bihar board. With my schooling education I have done one year of IT Diploma. In March 2016 I came to Delhi for a job and continue my graduation. But during interview I had a lot of problems because of my communication skills. But my IT skills was good so I was going for interviews daily. After a long time I got a job in an open learning centre but there was no opportunity for a promotion. So I left that job after 6 month, and got a job in May 2017 with NIIT Foundation as a IT Trainer at the Begumpur Centre. There was a small team of 4/5 people. I was feeling happy and proud because while pursuing my graduation I got this job but most of the time I was worried about my communication skills. I was trying to speak English but I could not speak properly.
Lovely journey with TTM…
One day I meet Malvika (Mala) Ma’am. She is beautiful, honest and very help full for needy students. She told me about the TTM and offered me a mentor. That day I was trying to talk with her in English but I was not able to. After a few days I got a call from a ma’am, she asked me about session’s time and days. She was also speaking English. The same problem on the call. I understood but answered only in YES or NO. Finally I started my session with My ma’am. Her name is Aruna Mehta. I can’t explain about her in my words but yes I want share some words, She loves me a lot like my nani jan. She cares for me and she is also teaching me for my bright career.
Success journey with TTM…
Now I am sharing my experience and achievement. During the TTM session I don’t learn only the language but also to live my life with happiness. Now I can communicate with confidence. I started my Job as an IT Trainer with NIIT Foundation and now I have got promoted as a Centre co coordinator with my Trainer designation. With the help of good communication skills I got an unexpected opportunity from Cisco for the learning of IOT and Cyber Security course. This is a multinational networking academy, I have completed these two courses successfully and in the assessment I got 100% marks. It is truth that One day I was not able to read or speak English but with the help of TTM sessions I wrote my exams paper in English. This is one of my unbelievable achievements. As part of my office work I give Professional skills session to my students on every Saturday. I am about to complete my Graduation and hopefully I will get good marks in the final year exams because of your blessings and my hard work. Then I will continue my study for MBA.
With my lovely journey I would like to thank my mentor Aruna ma’am, Mala Ma’am and all the TTM members. Once again I want to say thanks to Aruna ma’am for everything as well as giving me her precious time. With your guidance and help I am moving forward to a bright career. Now you are not only my ma’am, you are also my family and the part of happiness.
